We started working with Outsource Installations in late 2020 after receiving a recommendation to use them to help move our office to its new location.

The service that was provided by Phil, Brittney and their team was exceptional and went far above and beyond anything that was even remotely expected from them.

The streamlined process they have in place to complete this move was impressive. They have an incredible system put into place that makes the move so much easier. They took such care in moving everything in and out, ensuring to do everything they could to minimize any damage that could have happened and as often happens in moves. We have used them since in other small moves with some of our programs, even moving larger items from one program to another. In addition to managing those kinds of services, their business also offers furniture sales. Brittney has a great eye for detail and design, and while we didn’t have any large projects, the furniture that we did get through them for our board room, is terrific. It fits the space so well, and it looks stunning. Their pricing is very reasonable and they also do great work with non-profit organizations. In 2022 and 2023, Youth HQ embarked on and moved forward with an initiative that will hopefully make a significant positive impact in our community.  We have begun and continue to do the hard work of establishing the Centre for Social Impact wherein charities and non-profits can work more closely and more effectively together under one roof.  While there are many moving parts to this work, one of the most prevalent needs is for office furnishings and equipment in the Centre for Social Impact to allow us to do our work.

This is where Phil and the amazing crew from Outsource Installations proved to be invaluable.

Outsource found all the donated items we needed, managed the transport and installations of the items, and managed the transport and installation of replacement items at our original Youth HQ location on 49th street.  Without the services Outsource provided, Youth HQ simply would have not been able to move forward with the initiation, setup, and relocation of several members of our staff team to from our 49th street location to our new Centre for Social Impact location. Phil and his team are professional and very easy to work with.  Phil has been responsive to our needs and his team did an awesome job of setting up furnishings and equipment in both our locations in Red Deer.  Thank you, Phil and Outsource Installations, for helping us make our Centre successful!
